Kalle Koora also known as Mixed Vegetable Koora Recipe is a mixed winter vegetable curry or porridge made exclusively during the Sankranti festival using freshly harvested winter vegetables such as sweet potatoes, potatoes, broad beans, carrots and fenugreek leaves.

The cooked vegetables are then seasoned with Nuvvula and kobbari podi (sesame and coconut flour) prepared by pounding the sesame ladoos made for the Sankranti festival.
