• To start making Konkani style Southe Koddel recipe, first cook the Mangalore cucumbers in a pressure cooker for 1 blast along with a pinch of salt and 1/2 cup of water.

  • In another kadai pan, heat the oil and break the mustard seeds and urad dal and immediately add the curry leaves to break them up, pour over the curry and serve.
