Winnipeg police search for child sex abuse suspect - Winnipeg | Globalnews.ca

Winnipeg police are asking for help finding the suspect after a child was sexually assaulted on a school playground.

Police said the two children were playing together in the 400 block of Flora Avenue Saturday night when an unknown man approached them and made sexually explicit comments to them.

Police then say the man, described as being in his 20s with dreadlocks, grabbed one of the women and touched her in an indecent manner.

Authorities said the child eventually broke free and the two ran home and told an adult what happened, who contacted police.
