Summer is just around the corner, but snow is still expected on some highways in British Columbia's Interior.
Environment Canada has issued special weather statements for several high mountain passes.
“A Pacific frontal system is moving across British Columbia, bringing colder air masses and widespread precipitation to the region,” Environment Canada said in a special weather statement. “Snow levels will decrease overnight, with a possible mix of rain and snow to higher elevations along the Southern Interior Highway.”
