The city hopes the initiative will join other efforts around the country to Saskatchewanwas enough to entice Taylor Swift to visit the Prairie Province.

Swift Current is calling on other cities to join the movement through the hashtag #BackToSaskatchewan.

“We're calling on everyone in Moose Jaw, Estevan, Saskatoon, Eston, Prince Albert and Moosomin to attend,” Hindley said.

“Let’s show Taylor Swift how much she means to our province.”
