A court-appointed forensic psychiatrist will testify today about the mental state of a self-confessed serial killer.

The psychiatrist called by the defense said Skibitsky felt compelled to carry out the killings because he believed it was his God-given mission.

Skibic has pleaded not guilty to four counts of first-degree murder.
His lawyers acknowledged he killed the women but argued he was not criminally responsible due to mental illness.
