Man seriously injured in crash in northwest Calgary - Calgary | Globalnews.ca

Calgary police say one man has “life-threatening” injuries and two others are seriously injured after a two-vehicle crash in the city's northwest.

Police say a white Ford F-350 towing a utility trailer came to a stop on Stoney Trail Northwest Road (south of the Bow River Bridge intersection) just before 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 1.

Police believe the driver and passenger were outside trying to re-secure the loose trailer to the truck.

A truck then struck the rear of the tractor-trailer, causing it to move forward and seriously injuring the truck's occupants who were trapped between the truck and the tractor-trailer.

The details of their injuries have not yet been disclosed.

The drivers of the van and truck were also seriously injured.
