In the third year of its business partnership with top European brand Lexar International as a flash memory card manufacturer, Bangladeshi IT distributor Global Brand Private Limited has been named the Regional Distributor of the Year for the Asia Pacific market. Abdul Fattah, Chairman of Global Brands Pvt Ltd, received the honor at the Lexar Gala Night 2024 held in Taipei, Taiwan.
The news was revealed in a press release on Tuesday. According to the notification, Ryan Li, CEO of Lexar International, presented the award at an awards ceremony on June 5 with business partners from around the world. William Lu, General Manager of Lexar Asia, and Jasim Uddin Khondokar, Global Brand Director, attended the ceremony.
Besides, Abby Hsu, Regional Sales Manager of Lexar, Morgan, Marketing Manager of Lexar Bangladesh and Mir Hossain Sohag, Product Manager of Lexar Global Brand Pvt Ltd were also present on the occasion.
Lexar marketing manager Morgan said that in the past three years, Lexar has been particularly popular in the computer parts category in the Bangladesh market, behind which is the importance of a global brand.
