American comedian Rob Schneider On Saturday night, he was asked to end his performance early and leave the stage at a fundraiser for the Hospital of Regina Foundation (HORF) because of comments and jokes he made during his set.
The move was made at the Four Seasons Ball, a fundraiser for the foundation.
The foundation said Schneider's materials were inconsistent with the organization's values.
HORF said in a statement: “While we recognize that in a free and democratic society everyone has the right to express their views and opinions, and that comedy is meant to engage people, the content, positions and opinions expressed in Mr. Schneider's performances are not consistent with the values of our foundation and our community.”

Schneider is an alumnus of the series and is well known Saturday Night Live and other movies and TV shows over the years.
After the performance, some netizens posted on social media that some people walked out midway through the show.
After the show lasted for a while, Schneider was asked to leave by HORF.
“We do not condone, accept, support or endorse the positions expressed by Mr. Schneider during his comedy performance and acknowledge that the performance did not meet the expectations of our audience and team,” the foundation said.
Hoff said Schneider agreed to leave the stage immediately.
“We immediately and unconditionally apologized to our guests and the community following the incident. Today, we again sincerely and unconditionally apologize for any offense caused by Mr. Schneider's recent comedy performance at the Four Seasons Ball.”

The private fundraiser sold out and raised more than $350,000 for Regina's hospitals.
