A 76-year-old Winnipeg woman has died following a crash on West St. Paul Highway. Manitoba RCMP explain.
Police were conducting speed enforcement around noon Thursday when they heard a crash near Highway 8 and Northumberland Road.
At the scene, officers found the woman, who was driving a westbound SUV, unconscious. A passenger, also 76, was injured.

Both drivers were from Winnipeg and were rushed to a city hospital. The driver died from his injuries and the passenger is in stable condition.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 27-year-old Ste. Agathe woman, was not injured in the crash, police said.
