Dijon mustard recipe is one of the easiest condiments you can make in the comfort of your kitchen. This recipe for Dijon Mustard is one of my favorite condiments that I use a lot in my cooking and my family loves it.

Since I left the US and France, I was finding it difficult to get Dijon mustard in Indian stores, when it occurred to me to make it at home. All I had to do was call a friend in France and ask her for the recipe.

It’s that simple. Dijon mustard can be used immediately after being prepared, but it will taste better if marinated for about 2 days. The longer it marinates, the better it tastes and tastes.

Culinary uses of Dijon mustard: Dijon mustard, native to Dijon, France, is a condiment made from mustard seeds, white wine and seasonings. Dijon mustard is the secret ingredient in making vinaigrette because it acts as an emulsifier (helps prevent the oil and vinegar from separating)
