To start the Baby Potato Salad with Onions and Cheese recipe, we will heat a frying pan over medium heat and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add the halved baby potatoes, sprinkle with salt and continue roasting until the crust is golden brown and the potatoes are cooked.
Cover the baby potatoes with a lid so they cook faster. Once the baby potatoes are cooked, add 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes and mix well.
When done, turn off the heat and place the pan-roasted baby potatoes in a bowl, add the sliced onions, minced garlic and grated mozzarella cheese.
