• We started making the Vali Bhajji Ambat recipe by heating a non-stick pan and toasting coriander seeds, dry red chillies and coconut. Set it aside to cool.then grind it mixer into a coarse paste.

  • Wash the spinach leaves and chop them into stems.in a pressure cooker, sauté onions, add tamarind water, tur dal and spinach and tomatoes until it gives about 3 whistles. Release the pressure naturally when finished.

  • Once done, use a blender to blend the dal and other ingredients into a coarse curry. You can add some water to adjust the seasoning.

  • heat one thick bottom pot, add the ground paste and dal mixture. Adjust the consistency again and check the seasoning. Once the dal starts boiling, add jaggery to it.

  • To temper, take a small frying pan and add oil, once heated add mustard seeds and garlic and pour it over the dal mixture.

  • Serve your Vali Bhajji Ambat recipe with some rice or pulka and end it Palpa Yasam Recipe Make your meal more complete.
