• To start making Hyderabadi kati dal recipe, first clean the dal under running water.

  • in a pressure cooker, add washed dal, garlic, ginger, turmeric, red chilli powder, green chilli, tomato salt and 2 cups of water. Cover the pressure cooker and cook until you hear a few whistles. After a few whistles, reduce the heat to low, cook for about 3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
