To start making the Andhra Style Tomato Cauliflower Koora recipe, first pressure cook the cauliflower and potatoes in a pressure cooker with 1 cup of water, salt for 1 whistle and then switch off.
Set it aside to relieve pressure on its own. Heat the kadai with oil, add mustard seeds and let it splash for a few seconds.
Add curry leaves and beat for another 10 seconds. Next, add chopped onions, green chillies and garlic. Sauté the onions until they turn translucent.

Add spice powders like garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix everything well. Cover and cook for another 2 minutes.
